It’s always so fulfilling to experience a city, especially a city in Thailand where full of contrast. Old traditional Buddism culture, temples, super large fancy shopping malls, awesome food, kind people, crazy traffic, pride culture, monarchy.

Through mindfulness, you can complete the experience even more, not just the sightseeing parts.
You feel the history of the city, you see the trace of time everywhere, you touch the arts from centuries ago, you sense the culture in their everyday life, in their food, in the view, and in the music.
Exercise of visiting
- Knowing the brief history of the place is always good to help you understand it deeper
- See the everyday life, observe how they are connected to the history you learn?
- The view of the city, the shape of the poles, why their food are spicy, is there any history related to spice, what are the citizens doing, after work, on weekend
- Through this everyday observing, you can get the sense of their culture, and it will gives you more appreciation of that culture
- Once your experience is expanded, your mind playground grows as well
